Schefflera Arboricola, with much smaller glossy green leaves compared to the Schefflera Amate, is also called a Dwarf Umbrella Plant. Often having a lush, fuller appearance, this plant can be found in bush form (as shown) or tree form. Preferring moist conditions and moderate to bright indirect light, this tropical plant is sensitive to cold temperatures and should be kept away from drafty locations, especially in winter months.

A versatile plant, smaller versions of the Schefflera Arboricola can be used as a desktop plant, in a tabletop container with blooming plants, or even as a pop of texture in a green wall. Larger Arboricola bushes make excellent standalone plants for an office or conference room but can also be massed together to create tropical appeal in an atrium or used to break up larger spaces when grouped in a container.
